Responsible for the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures and practices. Manage all human resources functions (personnel administration, employment process, training and development schedule & implementation), as well as office management.

Minimum qualifications/experiences needed:

  • Minimum a Bachelor degree (S-1) in Psychology/Law/Management;
  • Three to four years experience in human resource management and general affairs;
  • Ability to set up HR system and procedure;
  • Proven exposure to human resource development  policies and practices;
  • Proven exposure to Indonesian labor law and regulation;
  • Excellent communication skill and able to communicate with employees at all level effectively;
  • High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honest, persistent and able to work as team.
